Khalid Mesha'al Was Right

As Khalid mentioned last night, we were following the Hamas-Fatah meeting in Makkah very closely. All peace loving Muslims and those with the interests of the Palestinians at heart - were. And it was extremely relieving to see last night, the two parties reach an agreement; we all hope it would be long lasting and viable in a positive, constructive way.

As it is, watching or reading the news has been very disturbing and painful for me for some times now. The suffering and bleeding of the people of Iraq has been too much to watch; before, there was Lebanon, then the Palestinians started killing each other. I could understand and explain Iraq and Lebanon; but, why would the Palestinians have to go at each others throats? However desperate and serious the situation is/was, why would they do that?
